After 30 April 1975, private owner devoted to State control all assets with named Dong Nai Brick and Tile, with head office at 119 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (Former address: 119 Phan Thanh Gian, Sai Gon) including two factories located at Dong Nai province, hand over Material Construction Corporation No.1- Ministry of Contruction manage.

Dong Nai Brick and Tile Plant invested more 1 kiln (LH3) with capacity 7,5 million tons/ year at factory in Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1. In 1992, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Plant invested more 1 tunnel kiln (TN1) produce refractory chamotte bricks B, C with capacity 6,000 tons/year and in year 1993, plant invested more 1 tunnel kiln (TN2) with capacity 7,5 million tons/year at Tan Van Factory

In March 1995, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Plant changed to Dong Nai Brick and Tile Corporation following decision No. 199/BXD-TCLĐ dated 27 March 1995 with foreign transaction is TUILDONAI, including 2 members were old factories upgrade to Factory 1 (Tan Van) and Factory 2 (Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1). In that same year, project invested deeply at Factory 2 with moderned and synchronized processing line of Italy increase capacity of Company reach to 85 million pieces/ year, is development stage with break through. In the first time in Vietnam there were automatical processing line to shape & tunnel kiln have flat roof (TN2) with biggest capacity in Vietnam-60 million pieces/year. In August 1995, Ministry of Construction decided to merge Vinablock Factory, is one of member of Material Construction Corporation No.1, located at An Bing ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province; inside of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1, it is one state own enterprise, independence, specially produce granitp brick and block brick, becomed Factory 3 of Company.

Project invested to build Factory 4 with processing line to produce roof tile and 02 tunnel kiln with flat roof (TN4.1 & TN4.2) at Khanh Binh village, Tan Uyen commune, Binh Duong province with capacity 40 million pieces/year. At the same time, company received 2 factories were Khanh Binh Brick and Tile and Mineral Mining Processing Plant with 02 tunnel kiln (TN4.1 & TN4.2) increased capacity of Company to reach 300 million pieces/year.

Project invested Viet Duc refractory plant with capacity 13.200 tons/ year at location of Factory 3. Main products were aluminium refractory brick HA75, chamotte A, carbua silic SIC,… with moderned technology and processing line, synchronization of Germany. In year 2004, plant begin to produce first products with quality equivalent to products imported from overseas and complied demand of customers in scope: manufacture steel, ceramic, cement...In order to keep and develop brand name Dong Nai Brick and Tile Corporation-TUILDONAI, simultaneously to prepare when Vietnam officially join World Trade Organization – WTO; on year 2004, our Company build Viet Duc Brick and Tile Plant, with capacity 1 million m2 of roof tiles/ year – equivalent 22 million pieces/year. With technological and automatical equipments of Germany from making raw material to produce with most modern in countries of Southeast Asia, project with total investment capital are 220 billion Vietnamese Dong. In quarter I of 2007 the Plant produced first lot of roof tiles with super quality and big capacity than others in market, to meet domestic demand and also in overseas.

Preceding demand rental office bloomed, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Corporation invested project of building office with size 12 floors and 1 basement, total square meters floor was 3,420 m2 at address 119 Dien Bien Phu St., Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City. TUILDONAI BUILDING office located at center of District 1 equipped modern equipments, for rent from May 2005.

Preceding on development continuously of brand Dong Nai Brick and Tile- TUILDONAI in during past time and continuous to promote the strength of Dong Nai Brick and Tile brand in market in the next years.
